Billy Barber is an LPL Investment Advisor Representative, and a limited securities professional strategic partner of RVA Financial Partners. 

Originally a native of Fredericksburg, VA , Billy attended Colonial Forge High School and was a 2011 graduate of the University of Richmond with a degree in Business Administration.  Billy was also a four year starter on the University of Richmond varsity baseball team from 2008 - 2011. 

Billy is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with the Virginia Board of Accountancy and also holds a Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) Designation with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA)

Billy is excited to join RVA Financial Partners as a limited securities professional strategic partner and offer a greater suite of services to his clients including retirement planning and investment management.

When not in the office he enjoys spending time with family and friends, golfing, and attending Fredericksburg Nationals baseball games.  Billy lives in Fredericksburg, VA with his wife Ashley, daughter Brooke and sons Graham and Nolan.

Billy currently holds the following Registrations with LPL Financial: Series 7 and 66.
